All publication proceeds directly benefit The Doe Fund, which helps homeless and formerly incarcerated individuals create  brighter futures for themselves through its centerpiece initiative, Ready, Willing & Able.  Ready, Willing & Able provides graduates with lifelong resources. For the "men in blue," graduation means the obtainment of a full-time job, housing, and sobriety. Ready, Willing & Able has provided tens of thousands with the tools and skills needed to transform their lives.
